SUMMARY:WCB Basics-A Guide to Working with the Workers Compensation Board
DESCRIPTION:This is a FREE workshop targeted at individuals currently working as:  safety officers\, managers\, supervisors\, lead hands\, HR professionals\, disability coordinators\, return-to-work coordinators and any leader who is a part of a WCB related return to work of an injured worker.  We would also encourage the participation of shop stewards and any union leadership.\n\nLearn about working with The Workers Compensation Board:  from reporting injuries\, decision-making\, dispute resolution\, claims management\, rate setting and the benefits of a return to work program.\n\nThe workshop will provide you with a solid foundation to understand the WCB and its processes and is also a requirement of COR Certification (Construction Safety Officer).\n\nHere's what past attendees have said about this workshop.\n\n"The whole course was of interest to me.
