He began his professional career in education but quickly transitioned to the Financial Services industry. In 1980\, Brian started Pallister Financial\; a business that has successfully helped thousands of Manitobans with personal\, family and business financial planning for over 35 years. \n\nWith an economic downturn in his hometown of Portage la Prairie\, Brian entered public life in the early 1990s to affect change and to make a difference.
