DESCRIPTION:This 90 minute workshop encourages participants to think about business and the convention of business in a different way.  We know that in order to create a different level of performance\, you first have to be open to a different way of thinking.  If you recall anytime\, you yourself have created a different level of performance for you\, there was a moment just before you made the change\, where your mind became open to a different possibility and in that\, you were able to create that new level of performance for you.  \n\n\n\nWe know the same thing applies to business and organizations.  While running a business can be one of the most rewarding challenges for an entrepreneur\, the problem is it is easy to get caught up in the thinking associated with running that business day to day and to lose sight of a bigger picture.  Many think it is about working harder or longer or in having more cash\, when in true fact\, it is about thinking the opposite.  What would it mean to you\, if the challenges you have right in front of you were in fact the keys to create a different level of performance\, if only you could open yourself up to the possibility.
