DESCRIPTION:Hang up your cape for a half-day conference filled with opportunities for connection\, education\, inspiration and empowerment. This event will take place during the same week of International Women's Day!\n\n \n\nThe Superwoman Conference is a half-day event that aims to inspire discussion about the roadmap for success in Manitoba and beyond.  We want to bring together ambitious women and men and foster an environment of connection\, education and empowerment. The event will feature a keynote speaker and four panelists\, all five of whom represent different industries\, backgrounds and experiences.\n\n\n\nWhat you can expect:\n\n	An Active Session to Start the Day\n	A Powerful Keynote on Leadership\n	Entertaining Networking Breakouts\n	An Inspiring Panel Discussion \n	Every Registration Receives a Swag Bag! \n\n  Meet our Keynote Presenter - Jane Helbrecht of Acuity HR Solutions! Jane has put together a fantastic presentation for our conference called Unleashing your Superpowers: \n\n\n	What are the unique strengths you bring to your work? What does it look like when you bring your very best to work and life? In this keynote session\, we'll dive into how you can determine your greatest strengths and unleash them to do your best work and reach your goals (personal or professional!). We'll talk about finding talents and play\, dealing with weaknesses and tackling self-doubt and comfort zones. \n\nWho is on our panel?\n\n\n	Laurie Brugger\, Partner at Century 21 Westman\n	Megan Foster\, Founder of Mosaic Engagement\n	Lois MacDonald\, General Manager of Alternative Landscaping\n	Shahani Perera\, Director of Member Experience at Westoba Credit Union\n\nWhen picking up your Swag Bags for the event\, we encourage you to drop off a donation for the Westman's Women Centre and Meredith Place! Below is a list of what they are currently looking for: \n\n \nWestman Women's Shelter: \n\n1. "Cleaning Bucket" \n\n        a. Buckets & Pails\n\n        b. Mops\n\n        c. Cleaning Spray\n\n        d. Cleaning Solution\n\n        e. Wipes\n\n2. Dish Cloths\n\n3. Journals & Pen for women and children \n\n4. Bubble Bath / Bath Bombs\n\n5. Self-Care items for women\n\n6. Non-Perishable food items\n\n7. Chargers (for phonesand tablets for both Android & Apple) \n\n8. Administration Supplies (for the office - not specifically for the women but for the Staff to provide the services) \n\n        a. Legal haning files\n\n        b. Computer keyboards or mouse\n\n        c. Permanent markers\n\n        d. Dry Erase markers\n\n        e. Post-it notes\n\n\n\nMeredith Place: \n\n1. Pillow Protectors\n\n2. Queen Fitted Sheets\n\n3.
