The day will provide Managers and HR Professionals with practical\, easily implementable strategies and tips to help create and support healthy workplaces. \n\n\n\nKeynote: \n\nStress and Burnout - Julia Senchuk\, MA\, BSc\, AAT \n\nStress is everywhere! This workshop answers the question "what is stress?"
